HAUTE is the pinnacle of the Couture Method. Complex sequencing, advanced balance and control, and sustained challenges push experienced clients to their edge with precision intact.
StrengtheningSCULPTÉE

A resistance-focused reformer class designed to build strength and definition through deliberate, controlled loading. Expect heavier spring work, targeted muscular endurance, and the satisfaction of feeling genuinely strong.
Recovery / StretchingREPOS
[ruh-POH]
A slower, restorative class using the reformer and light props to release tension, lengthen the body, and support muscle recovery. REPOS is recommended weekly alongside any training schedule: a gift to the body, not an afterthought.
