Instructor
Sarah Runo
Sarah found Pilates while searching for relief from knee pain and quickly fell in love with its ability to build strength in a sustainable, balanced way.
She is a nationally certified NCPT instructor who focuses on intentional movement, strong foundational cueing, and helping clients feel connected to their bodies. Her classes are known to be challenging in the best way.
She offers a patient and supportive approach with options to both modify and progress based on each client's needs. With a calm, soothing presence, Sarah creates a space where clients can unwind, focus, and reconnect with themselves.
What she loves most about Pilates is its ability to help people feel strong, aligned, and confident in their everyday lives.

Instructor
Trisha Mishra
Movement has been Trisha's first language since age 2, when she began training as a classical dancer spanning everything from ballet to Bharatanatyam and Bengali folk dance. This passion carried her all the way to becoming a professional dancer at 14 years old. Her foundation in movement with dance gave her a deep body awareness and connection, one that Pilates brought to a whole new level.
As a mom of two littles, Trisha came to Pilates after two C-sections looking to rebuild her core and found something far more than rehabilitation. Reconnecting with her body day by day reminded her how powerful intentional movement can be, and she hasn't looked back since.
Now a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, Trisha brings that same heart and focus to every client she works with. Her goal is functional strength and movement that improves your life outside the studio. Trisha is honored to be a part of your movement journey and this Couture Pilates community.

Instructor
Sara Mac
To Sara, Pilates is more than a workout — it's a way to build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to your body.
She loves creating high-energy, encouraging classes where clients challenge themselves, celebrate each other's wins, and leave feeling accomplished. Nothing is more rewarding to her than watching someone achieve a movement they never thought they could do and seeing the pride that comes with it.
Her teaching style combines positivity, thoughtful instruction, and just the right amount of challenge to help every client reach their potential.
Sara believes Pilates is truly for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or previous injuries, and she strives to make every class fun, empowering, and a place you'll look forward to coming back to.
